Reflection Paper
In the JCM Advanced Videography class, I have expanded my knowledge of new things, such as how to operate new cameras and lighting. With the camera, I’ve learned the camera settings, such as camera format, shutter speed, changing the iris, how to white balance, and knowing what lenses I would need for my shoot. All these things are essential to understanding. I also learned motivated movements, such as the Glide tracks, Slyders, Spider dolly, fig rigs, vest, and the Shape shoulder mounts. My favorite camera movement gear would have to be the shoulder mount because it was the easiest to use. It's important to know ways to utilize camera movement. lighting was important to discuss and understand as well. I didn't know that there were so many layers of lighting equipment.
